Guests are welcome to enjoy the sponsors, vendors, and games from 8 am until 5 pm. The day's events will conclude with the awards and announcements.

Registration tables will be open at 8 am for those registering on the day of the event. Look out for clear signage to easily locate them.

Trucks that have pre-registered should proceed to the "Information" booth to check in and sign in.

Get ready to bid on the top 3 spots in the Convoy! The auction kicks off at 11 am, so don't miss your chance to showcase your truck in the lead position. Join in and stake your claim.

Truck Convoy plans on leaving the grounds at around 11 am  and returning 2-2:30 pm. 

Planned truck route

The Truck Convoy route will be taking Rt 30 East into Chambersburg from the Cumberland Valley Antique & Show grounds:


  • Follow Rt 30 past Walmart out to Rt 997 North Black Gap Rd. 


  • Continue on Black Gap Rd past the former Chambersburg Mall


  • Go over I-81, down to the  Greenvillage Sheetz, Turn left onto Rt 11 South, heading back into Chambersburg


  • At the square turning right onto Lincoln Way, Rt 30 West back to the Cumberland Valley Antique & Show grounds (follow Rt 30 to Crottletown Rd and returning to the show grounds).


  • Truck Convoy plans on leaving the grounds at around 11 am  and returning 2-2:30 pm.

RULES OF THE ROAD

The rules of the road is something we honor each year to help keep everyone safe.

  • Drivers will not transport wish families without prior approval from staff. 


  • Children are never transported without a family member. 


  • Drivers should maintain a safe driving distance from the vehicle in front of them. Stay together! 


  • Lights and four way flashers on while in the convoy. 


  • Do not allow people in or on trailers when in motion. 


  • Everyone must be in a seat during convoy.

Truck Convoy Spectators:

All drivers that participate the Franklin County Truck Convoy are to keep a look out for on lookers who line up along the streets a and banks along the roads to watch the convoy. Please use extreme caution while driving and be vigilant of these spectators.
